Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all emirates in the UAE.

Delivery Timings

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be eligible for same-day delivery (subject to availability).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the following day unless otherwise specified.

  • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed; however, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery for orders over AED 250.

  • A standard delivery fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 250.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Damage During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement.
